About the Role
Scale our distribution by code: a fleet of real devices (iPhones first, Android too), platform APIs, and AI agents, posting across many accounts and surfaces. You will work directly with the founder.
Most content gets made and then dies at a few hundred views because distribution is still done by hand: a person, a phone, a few accounts. We want it engineered: iPhone and Android device automation at scale, platform APIs, and agents posting across many accounts and surfaces, with every link tracked. Vertex Marketing Group builds AI creators and makes the content for real ones. Your job is to get that content out at a volume no team could post by hand and keep the machine running. You own the outcome.
What You'll Do
- Build and run the device fleet that posts by code: iPhones first, Android too, real devices and cloud phones.
- Publish across Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and Threads through platform APIs plus device and browser automation, handling hundreds of posts a day.
- Automate account health and posting cadence: every account checked every morning by code, with problems caught before they cost reach.
- Put agents to work on the pipeline: Claude Code and MCPs handling captions, scheduling, health checks, and recovery.
- Track every link: identify which account, post, and surface sent each click, and what it turned into.
Requirements
- You have built and run posting automation across 100+ accounts, and you can show it running.
- You have automated iPhones or other iOS devices (and/or Android, cloud phones) that run unattended.
- You work with platform APIs plus browser and mobile automation, with queues and scheduling.
- You run pipelines with Claude Code, MCPs, and agents.
- Clear written English at minimum; perfect is better.
- Based in Europe or Latin America.
Big plus: A development, infrastructure, or DevOps background, and growth analytics: you read the numbers and know what to post more of.
Compensation
- Salary: $4,000 to $6,000 per month, full-time, remote.
- Placement in the range depends on your experience and what you demonstrate.
- Same rate applies from day one of the paid test.
