Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for an American multinational financial company. You will provide support to Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to financial products and services. You will help clients navigate their financial needs while upholding the company's standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer service in Spanish, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financial products and services.
  • Assist customers with account management, product information, and transaction inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors and other departments to facilitate account-related inquiries and problem resolution.
  • Stay informed about the company's financial products, policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance to customers.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to customers, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and keep up-to-date with service improvements and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector, is highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex service inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for recordkeeping and compliance purposes.
  • A genuine interest in financial services and a commitment to ongoing development in the sector.
