[HIRING] Remote High-Performance Social Media Conversion Specialist | Performance-Based Pay

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and scale organic traffic generation and conversion for a high-growth subscription-based client project. The primary focus will be on Reddit traffic generation.

We require a minimum guaranteed rate to adhere to subreddit rules, but the majority of your compensation will be a significant bonus based on measurable results.

About the Role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving organic traffic and optimizing conversions from Reddit to a subscription-based model. This role requires expertise in Reddit marketing, conversion optimization, and content compliance.

Requirements

  • Platform Mastery: Proven ability to generate high-volume, targeted organic traffic from Reddit and manage multi-account strategies (karma, CQS knowledge is mandatory).
  • Conversion Optimization: Expert knowledge in optimizing user journeys and CTAs to maximize Conversion Rate (CVR) from social platforms to paid subscription models.
  • Compliance & Discretion: Experience working within strict content guidelines and managing projects that involve mature (18+) content. Absolute discretion is non-negotiable.
  • Reporting: Providing detailed weekly reports on traffic volume, CVR, and revenue generated.

Compensation Structure (Rule 3 Compliant)

  • Guaranteed Base Retainer: We will offer a competitive base rate or hourly rate (above $15/hr minimum) to cover foundational work.
  • High Performance Bonus: The core of your compensation will be a generous percentage/commission on the net revenue directly attributed to your traffic, ensuring a significant financial incentive for high performance.
