I have 8 years of experience in Client Relations, Product Management and Operations, having worked at all levels of Customer Service from Representative to Operations. I managed a portfolio of major enterprise clients, led the creation of workflows and guidelines that increased our renewal rate by over 30% and reduced our churn by 27% within the first 5 months, fomented inner growth policies which helped reduce our employee turnover and developed them in the company more effectively, served as an Adviser for the creation of workflows regarding the launch of new projects, also helping with documentation and training.
Most recently I worked as a Data Analyst for 3 years, developed insightful data visualisation and modeling using Tableau to provide statistics and metrics that complemented business and product decisions, conducted market research to create products from idea to launch. I also assisted the software development team on tasks such as debugging, machine learning, onboarding and gathering client feedback.
I'm highly adaptable and versatile due to having worked in different areas and with clients from different industries. I’m trilingual, fluent in Spanish and English, with intermediate proficiency in Italian. I’m currently improving my backend development skills in Python and SQL, with plans to expand into Golang and JavaScript in the future.
