About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce QA to join our team.

Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test cases for Salesforce applications.
Identify, analyze, and report defects with clear, detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Conduct regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
Validate data integrity, security settings, and business process flows within the Salesforce platform.
Participate in all phases of the testing process, from planning and strategy to execution and reporting.
Provide timely and effective communication on testing progress, issues, and risks.

6+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on testing.
Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with the Salesforce application.
In-depth healthcare insurance domain knowledge.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
