About the Role
I am looking for someone comfortable with AI image-to-video tools (Kling, Runway, Luma, or similar) to help me create short walkthrough-style videos from property photos. This could turn into ongoing work if it goes well, as I have a pipeline of properties I plan to do this for regularly.
Responsibilities
- Receive 5-7 photos of a property (interior/exterior shots).
- Run photos through an AI image-to-video tool to create short clips (camera pans/push-ins, realistic motion).
- Stitch the clips together into one smooth 25-35 second walkthrough video with light music and captions.
- Deliver the final product as an MP4.
Compensation
- Pay: $15/hr, paid per video.
- Efficiency: The task should take under an hour once you are set up.
- Flexibility: Open to discussing a flat rate per video if preferred.
Requirements
- Experience: Must have experience with at least one AI video tool (please provide a sample of past work).
- Turnaround: Fast turnaround is required; ideally same-day delivery.
- Communication: Comfortable taking direction on shot order and style based on a quick brief provided per video.
