We're an AI startup looking to hire a full-time, fully remote SEO and Customer Support Specialist.
Compensation
- $880 USD per month (or $5 per hour, paid weekly)
- Bonus system based on performance targets
Role Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through chat, email, and video calls
- Create clear and detailed SEO reports for clients
- Help clients understand SEO improvements and opportunities
- Maintain a friendly and professional communication style
- Work independently and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Fluent and confident English
- Strong SEO knowledge, including on-page optimization and content evaluation
- Ability to build structured SEO reports using templates or custom formats
- Comfortable with customer communication through multiple channels
- Responsible, organized, and quick to learn new tools
