About the Role
The IT Infrastructure Systems Lead provides technical leadership and capability to IT infrastructure personnel, including but not limited to L2 Operations, Data Center, Server, VMWare, Linux & Windows, Network, Firewall, Telephony, and Cybersecurity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any IT-related course.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery, preferably within a medium-sized organization.
- 3–5 years of hands-on technical operations experience with server hardware, including virtualization, Linux, Windows, and related Microsoft technologies (IIS Administration, Firewall, Network, ISP, Telephony, etc.).
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team of five or more direct reports (non-directs may be considered).
- 3 years of experience managing an IT Infrastructure environment.
- 3 years of experience in Cyber Security and Controls, IT audit, or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience with ITIL methodology, particularly Incident Management.
- Experience working with third-party service providers.
- Strong customer-oriented approach with a delivery bias.
