Family Office | AI-Native Technical Operations Lead

Location: Miami, FL (ONSITE preferred, REMOTE US considered)

Compensation: $90-150K + Equity | Contract-to-hire

About the Role

We are a fully capitalized HealthTech platform backed by a Miami-based family office, building an AI-native SaaS product from the ground up. This is not a legacy system with AI bolted on; AI is core to the architecture and the development workflow.

We are hiring our first technical operations hire. Think studio engineer to a recording artist: you own environment prep, QA, testing, CI/CD, compliance documentation, and 30-40% independent development so engineering leadership stays focused on high-leverage product work. This is a ground-floor equity opportunity.

Requirements

Hard Requirement: You must already be building software with AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot). We are not interested in AI; we are actively shipping with it. If you can't show us something you built with AI tools in the last 60 days, this isn't the right fit.
3-7 years full-stack experience
Strong QA discipline
DevOps comfort (Docker, CI/CD, cloud)
Polyglot across languages/frameworks
Self-directed
