About the Role
We are an early-stage, stealth B2B startup (Berlin GmbH) bringing reliable, AI-native expertise to the medical-device world. We are helping the experts who get life-saving innovation to market. We are a small team with a real MVP currently in progress.
As our first engineering hire, you will be working hands-on alongside our senior engineering lead. You will own significant parts of the backend and grow alongside the company.
Responsibilities
- Build the product alongside our senior engineering lead.
- Own large portions of the backend infrastructure.
- Develop and implement Python, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agentic workflows.
What We Are Looking For
- Someone who ships code effectively.
- A genuine interest in MedTech and making expert knowledge accessible.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for broad ownership.
