We run a next-gen housing platform in the Pacific Northwest, managing 6,300 homes and growing 25-50% per year.
We're building an internal software platform ("Maynard") that powers BI, automation, reporting, compliance, and operational workflows across the company. The founder has led much of the development so far and is looking for the first local engineering hire to help turn this into a real platform.
Tech Stack: Node.js (Azure Functions), Svelte5/Tailwind, PlanetScale/Postgres. We make heavy use of modern AI coding tools.
About the Role:
Looking for a product-minded engineer who enjoys talking to users and shipping quickly inside a real operating business.
Requirements:
