About the Firm
We are a small boutique law firm based in the DIFC. Our practice is focused on cross-border investments and acquisitions, fund formation and structuring, and disputes before the DIFC and ADGM Courts. We are a small team, meaning you will be client-facing from an early stage and receive significant exposure to matters. Our clients are international and varied, with most based in other financial centres.
Open Roles
Funds Lawyer (5+ PQE)
- Experience: Must have experience in funds work in a major financial or offshore funds centre.
- Responsibilities: Establishing and structuring funds in the DIFC and ADGM and related advisory work.
- Preferred: Prior GCC experience is a plus, but not essential.
Corporate Lawyer (2-5 PQE)
- Experience: Must have experience in M&A and investments.
- Responsibilities: Work spans DIFC, ADGM, and mainland matters, including inbound and domestic investments, M&A transactions, and general corporate advisory. This may involve advising on a transaction as a whole or taking responsibility for UAE aspects, including due diligence and other UAE workstreams.
Requirements
- Registration: Candidates must be SRA-registered.
- Location: Candidates must be currently based in Dubai. We are not considering candidates based in other Emirates or elsewhere who would need to relocate.
- Work Style: The work tends to be hands-on. Hours can be long when a deal or matter requires it.
- Travel: Travel to London and the Caymans (generally 2-3 times a year) will be required.
Compensation
- Funds Lawyer (5 PQE): AED 40,000 per month.
- Corporate Lawyer (2 PQE): AED 22,000 per month.
- Note: We are happy to adjust remuneration for more senior candidates in line with the market. Please note that as a small firm, we are not looking to compete with the salaries offered by larger international firms.
