About the Role
Join as an early hire on a lean, engineering-led team consisting of engineers, power systems experts, data scientists, and designers. You will be building a SaaS platform and will own features end-to-end across data infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI agent features.
- Current Priorities: Data infrastructure (immediate), data pipelines (near-term), and AI features (by end of Q1).
- Growth: Expect to own larger feature sets within 3 months, including gathering requirements, proposing architecture, planning rollouts, and mentoring teammates.
- Culture: Engineering-led with hands-on product vision from the founders.

Requirements
