About the Role
This role comes with significant scope and high autonomy. You will own the full product lifecycle: customer discovery, rapid prototyping, agent-ready specs, shipping via agentic orchestration, observability, evaluations, and growth/expansion.
As we do not have PMs or product designers, you will serve as the product bridge between the founders, pricing experts, and engineering. This role is ideal for a mature engineer looking to work with a very senior/staff team across the entire stack—including customers, models, servers, clients (web, TUI, chatbots), and evals. We are looking for someone with significant product engineering expertise who has sharpened their SDLC competency to be AI-native.
Key Domains
You will ship features within the following domains:
- Multi-agent simulation to emulate the behavior of a buying committee.
- A2A pricing interactions governed by OPA/Rego policies defined from natural language.
- Generative UX driven by an MCP server with full system capabilities access.
- Autonomous quote generation and real-time deal intelligence during sales calls.
