About the Role

I'm looking for a skilled engineer to take a focused one-day sprint to review, fix, and advise on an existing application. The application is a competitive intelligence / OSINT platform that utilizes AI, data ingestion, and a graph database.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this one-day project include:

Review the repo structure and overall setup
Fix known issues (Docker reliability, small bugs, config cleanup)
Offer advice on best practices and next steps to get the application production-ready

Compensation

This is a paid day project with a flat rate of $200. There is potential for more ongoing work and possibly a first-employee-type role as the product grows.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Comfortable with Python backend + React frontend
Familiarity with Docker/Docker Compose
Bonus if you've worked with Postgres + Neo4j
Ability to hit the ground running and give pragmatic advice
