About Planlab.ai:
We are building an AI system that builds software for complex construction & infrastructure megaprojects, aiming to sell things currently only sold by service providers. We recently raised our seed round (25m$ valuation) and currently have 4 people, with plans to hire 6-10 more this year.
Roles
Platform Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Build the system that automates our jobs.
- Work on algorithms, infrastructure, shared components, agents, and internal tooling - across the full stack.
- Build everything from custom meeting integrations to AI coding agent harnesses, sandbox environments, and complex shared app features.
Customer Delivery Lead / Forward Deployed Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Help build the AI systems that run megaprojects.
- Be a customer-obsessed generalist who can understand complex problems and ship solutions.
- Act as part product designer, part delivery lead, and part AI wrangler.
- Deploy with customers and build software that solves their problems.
- Learn about the way customers run their complex projects.
