We’re looking for a reliable French-speaking appointment setter to call inbound leads and book qualified appointments for our clients.
The leads have already expressed interest through our ads, so this is not cold calling. Your job is to contact them quickly, understand their needs, answer basic questions, and schedule them for an appointment.
Responsibilities
- Call new inbound leads as soon as possible
- Follow up through calls and text messages
- Speak fluent French with potential customers
- Qualify leads using a simple script
- Book appointments in the client’s calendar
- Update lead statuses inside our CRM or tracking sheet
- Follow up with leads who do not answer initially
Requirements
- Fluent or native-level French
- Clear and professional communication
- Comfortable speaking with leads on the phone
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Able to follow scripts and processes
- Previous appointment-setting, sales, or customer-service experience is preferred
- Availability during North American business hours is a plus
Compensation
- Base pay + performance bonuses, depending on experience and results.
