[HIRING] Asia-Based Virtual Assistants for Agency (India / PH Preferred)
We are hiring Asia-based Virtual Assistants to support our agency operations. Applicants based in India or the Philippines are preferred, but anyone based in Asia may apply.
This role focuses on outreach, lead follow-ups, and maintaining workflow consistency across the agency. We’re looking for reliable VAs who communicate quickly and can handle assigned tasks independently.
About the Role
What you’ll do:
- Assist with outreach across multiple platforms
- Send DMs and follow up with leads
- Manage conversations and basic lead handling
- Maintain workflow consistency across the agency
- Manage assigned accounts, files, and tasks
Work hours:
- 20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Asia-based timezone
Pay:
- $15 per hour
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Fast and reliable communication
- Comfortable working with files and managing assigned work
- Ability to follow systems and maintain consistency
