[HIRING] Remote Community Growth Assistant (Sports Betting / EV)

We are an early-stage sports betting arbitrage & expected value (EV) platform looking for a part-time community growth assistant. This is a low-hours, async role for someone who already spends time on Reddit/X and understands (or wants to learn) sports betting, EV, or arbitrage. No spam, no cold pitching, no sketchy stuff.

Compensation & Time

$250 biweekly stipend
Performance-based raises over time
~3–6 hours per week
Fully remote & async
Short paid trial (7–14 days)

What You’d Be Doing

Participating in relevant Reddit threads with thoughtful, non-promotional comments
Finding and researching subreddits, Discords, and X accounts in the betting/EV space
Light Discord outreach to mods/admins for feedback or partnerships (no spam)
Posting 1 short daily X post (insights, lessons, myths, screenshots)
Testing different messaging/hooks and noting what works

Who This Is For

Comfortable using Reddit and X without getting banned
Basic understanding of sports betting, arbitrage, or EV (or strong interest in learning)
Self-directed and okay experimenting without hand-holding

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience in betting, crypto, or finance communities
Prior community, content, or growth work
