About the Role
We’ve hit proven PMF with thousands of events hosted on Who’s In and live revenue across our flat 2.7% ticketing, Clubs, and Studio products. Now, we're hiring our first Growth Lead to own paid acquisition, run rapid AI-driven creative experiments, and scale our growth engine.
Compensation
- Base Salary: US$2,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Uncapped monthly revenue share on the ARR/GMV you generate
- Resources: A real ad budget that you control
Requirements
- Location: Open globally to digital nomads
- Availability: Must have 2–3 hours of European timezone overlap
