Open Roles
Senior Software Engineer
- Salary: $100k–$150k
- Responsibilities: Build core product features, improve platform stability and performance, and help shape technical direction.
- Stack: Node.js, Express.js, React, MongoDB.
Quality Assurance
- Salary: $45k–$70k
- Responsibilities: Test retailer workflows across inventory, pricing, buylist, ecommerce, and POS tools. Reproduce issues, write clear bug reports, run regression checks, and work closely with product, engineering, and support.
Sales and Marketing
- Salary: $45k–$75k
- Responsibilities: Run product demos, follow up with interested stores, research good-fit retailers, and help build outbound campaigns and messaging.
Customer Service Representative
- Salary: $40k–$55k
- Responsibilities: Help stores use Storepass successfully through email, chat, and phone support. Troubleshoot product issues, document customer feedback, and work with the product team to improve the experience.
