About the Role
As a Software Engineer at Mercor, you’ll help refine and scale our AI-powered hiring platform—an engine that’s creating opportunities for millions of people worldwide. You’ll work on things like:
- Improving the AI interview experience
- Processing millions in weekly payouts
- Scaling cutting-edge AI-powered recruitment systems
Requirements
- Willingness to align working hours with Pacific Time (until at least 11AM PT)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or higher)
- Fluency in React, Next.js, Python, or Go
- Experience designing schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn fast
Compensation
- Base cash comp: $20K – $100K USD (depending on experience)
- Performance bonuses up to 40% of base salary
- Remote-first role with huge growth potential
