In our Customer Service Services (CSS) department, we are the technological pacemaker for customer service at Breuninger. Our goal: We build the technical infrastructure that enables our colleagues to generate customer enthusiasm at Breuninger level. We administer, configure, and orchestrate the tools of tomorrow – from telephony to AI – and thus create unique customer experiences.
Your Mission: Build, Control, and Inspire
You are much more than an administrator – you are the ambassador of your products. You take on strategic guidelines and operational problems and independently translate them into excellent technological solutions. You love to delve deep into the configuration, but at the same time, you hold the flag high for your products and infect others with your enthusiasm for new features. This makes you an essential part of the digital transformation of Customer Service.
- End-to-End Configuration: You are responsible for the administration and further development of our low-code products (e.g., Zendesk, Babelforce). You enjoy looking "under the hood" and technically mapping processes perfectly.
- Product Evangelism: You make people want the product! You market new functions internally, inspire the users for your solutions, and ensure high acceptance and enjoyment of use.
- Demand & Stakeholder Management: You take on requirements from operations, prioritize them, and orchestrate IT interfaces and external partners if necessary.
- AI Pioneering: You play a central role in the selection and implementation of AI components. You master prompting and optimize our systems for maximum efficiency.
- Project Management: You lead (sub-)projects from market analysis to go-live and ensure that the "perfect product" for customer service is created.

Qualifications
- Experience and Background: You have several years of experience as a Product/Business Owner or a comparable activity and are used to working agile and innovatively in a rapidly changing e-commerce environment.
- Qualification: A degree in business administration or business informatics is an advantage.
- Tool Expertise & Passion: You have in-depth experience in the configuration and administration of ticket or telephony systems in customer service (e.g., Zendesk, Babelforce) and are eager to take them to the next level technologically.
- Management: You have experience in the independent management of product developments or comparable projects and are able to orchestrate external partners and stakeholders.
- Technical Mindset: You love low-code/no-code tools and have a high affinity for AI solutions and modern prompting.
- Mindset of a digital host: You are responsible for ensuring that your product not only functions smoothly but also that internal and external customers are delighted at every contact point.
