About the Role
We're a fast-growing virtual real estate company in North Carolina — and our phone won't stop ringing. We get new motivated-seller leads every single day from our marketing, more than we can currently handle. We need a sharp, fast Lead Manager to catch those leads, qualify them, and turn them into real opportunities.
This is not a cold-calling grind. These are warm, inbound leads from people who reached out to us first. Your job is speed, rapport, and follow-through — get to them fast, figure out who's real, and move them toward a deal.
What You'll Do
- Respond Fast: Jump on inbound seller leads within minutes — speed wins deals.
- Qualify Sharp: Dig into each seller's motivation, timeline, price expectations, property condition, and mortgage situation.
- Move Deals Forward: Get qualified, motivated sellers ready and booked for our closer.
- Follow Up Relentlessly: Work the "not yet" leads consistently so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Keep It Clean: Update the CRM in real time — every lead, every note, every next step.

Your Ideal Background
- Phone Sales / Appointment Setting: 1+ year of phone-based sales, lead qualification, or appointment setting (Required)
- Real Estate Experience: Wholesaling, investment, or brokerage knowledge is a big plus (Preferred)
- English: Fluent or native-sounding (Required)
- Spanish: Fluent or native-sounding (Required)
