Over the years, I've worn a lot of hats: content strategy, social media management, writing, outreach, PR, recruiting, research, project coordination, and community management.

• Worked directly with clients, creators, and teams
• Conducted research, recruitment, and lead generation
• Coordinated projects and kept moving parts moving
• Used AI tools to improve workflows, content, research, and productivity

Rates: Typically $15–25/hour depending on the role and scope.
That said, I strongly prefer flat-rate. It's usually simpler, more predictable, and lets me focus on results instead of tracking minutes.
