Sales Representative - AI Automation Services
About the Role
We are an AI automation agency with a development team based in India. We specialize in building custom AI solutions, including:
- AI chatbots
- Intelligent workflows
- Data pipelines
- AI agents for repetitive tasks
- Full custom AI/ML solutions
We also utilize tools like n8n, Make, and Zapier when appropriate, but our core offering is custom-built systems.
We are seeking a sales representative (or multiple) to reach small and medium businesses (SMEs) in international markets, particularly in Europe, the Nordics, and the Middle East. You will own the client relationship in your region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to local SMEs that could benefit from AI automation (e.g., marketing agencies, clinics, e-commerce stores, real estate firms, consultancies)
- Pitch using provided sales materials, decks, and case studies
- Handle discovery calls and close deals
- Hand off all delivery to our team (you will not be involved in building or delivering the services)

- A list of target industries and ideal client profiles
- Complete service delivery and ongoing client support
- Training on the services so you can speak to them confidently
Compensation
- 30% commission on every deal you close, paid out upon client payment
- Average deal size ranges from $500 to $5,000+, with custom AI/ML projects potentially higher
- No cap on earnings
- Paid via PayPal, Wise, or crypto
Requirements
- Based outside of India, ideally in Europe, the Middle East, or the Nordics
- Fluent in the local language of your target market
- Experience in sales, cold outreach, freelancing, or any client-facing work
- Comfortable talking to business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated; this is a remote and flexible position, allowing you to set your own schedule
