Social Media Manager (Remote, Part-Time)
About the Role
We're a small but growing software startup seeking a Social Media Manager to manage our official accounts on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys content creation, can adapt their tone across different platforms, and wants to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with content creation (graphics, captions, basic reels)
- Schedule & post on platforms like Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
- Help with editing short-form content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas
Requirements
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Are a Marketing, Communications, Art, or related major
- Actively post on your own social media with a clear personal style and real engagement
- Have basic video editing skills (CapCut, IG/TikTok editors, or similar)
- Have experience building a social brand in software or tech (nice to have)
Compensation & Hours
- Pay: $19/hr
- Hours: Part-time, 10–15 hrs/week
- Location: Fully remote
- Schedule: Flexible hours, as long as deadlines are met
