[Hiring] Account Executive / Creator Outreach

About the Role

We are a remote creator and social management agency working with creators in the US and LATAM. We are a small team offering real opportunities for promotion within weeks or months.

This is a junior outreach role, not a senior hunter position. Your primary focus is to find creators and brands, open conversations, and book calls for the team. We provide full training (English-only), though your day-to-day operations will be in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Prospect creators and brands via Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
Conduct outbound outreach and book calls.
Maintain a clean CRM and meet weekly activity targets.

Requirements

Location: Based in Argentina (fully remote).
Language: Native Spanish (Rioplatense is a plus); English proficiency sufficient to follow training and write simple emails.
Culture: Gen-Z native and fluent in that culture.
Experience: Junior level is fine; experience in sales, agency work, or social media is a plus.
Availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Argentina time.

Compensation

Base Salary: $700–900 USD/month (guaranteed).
Commission: Performance-based; typical earnings reach $1,500+ per month starting from month 3–4.
Note: This is never a commission-only role.
